Stockton Maritime Museum volunteer options include, but are not limited to:
- Hands-on restoration work (see info below)
- Serving as docents during ship tours
- Assisting with marketing
- Supporting special events
- Fundraising to help complete key restoration phases via individual giving, crowdfunding, securing corporate sponsors, and/or identifying & writing grant applications
Our in-person Volunteer Restoration Work Parties occur on board the USS Lucid the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of every month from 8 AM to 2 PM. All Work Party volunteers will be provided lunch and added to our text message event reminder system.
Regardless of whether you join us for a Work Party or not, all interested volunteers MUST fill out the Volunteer Interest Form. We can then set you up with the best volunteer experience possible.
